This Insanity 30-day Challenge is an insane full-body workout. We will incorporate HITT and Weights with modifications. The stronger you get, the "easier" it will be, so we encourage you to have a set of weights where you can elevate fitness in your life. Challenge Materials 1. Open Space 2. Dumbbells (light) (You can ramp up your reps as you get stronger or incorporate medium to heavy weights 3. Water 4. Positive Attitude This workout can be done at home. Remember this is not a chore, you get to gift your body what it needs.
