For the next 7-days, we will be walking our own pace, finishing our own race, as we reach 3.5 miles a day equivalent to a 5k. The modification would be to walk approximately 6250 steps a day which is equivalent to about 3.5 miles. The goal is to get our bodies moving as we focus on the things that surrounds us. Look for something new everyday and watch what you will uncover. Please allow yourself about an hour and a half everyday to complete this task. Our theme scripture this week will be lll John 3:2-3, "Beloved, I pray that you may perspire in all things and be in heal, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in truth. I have no greater John than to hear that my children walk in truth. "
